During our 1-hour virtual consultation, we will
discuss your project's specific objectives, style preferences, budgetary considerations, as well as

Programming
We will have an official kick-off meeting to finalize project objectives, schedule and timeline and introduce any key team members.
We will conduct a site analysis and assess the
space, including taking measurements,
photographs, noting existing conditions, and identifying any architectural constraints.
We will then proceed to develop a project
brief summarizing the project for your review
and signature, ensuring consistent expectations
for seamless project execution.

Conceptual Design
We will explore a variety of design elements for your project including color schemes, material selections, furniture and fixture styles, and inspiration imagery.
We will then utilize these selections to create mood boards and design concepts to present and review with you. We will work closely with you to refine the elements until we agree on a final concept that
meets your vision.
Additionally, behind the scenes, we will be working on developing base model floor plans and drawings depicting the existing conditions of the space.

Schematic Design
Based on the final concept, we will develop preliminary design drawings and a 3D model for spatial arrangements. We will also select major design elements such as base finishes, decorative lighting fixtures, and key furniture pieces.
The design package will be presented to you by our lead designer for review and discussion, allowing us to collaborate on any changes you wish to make. Following your input, the package will be revised and expanded upon to ensure it aligns perfectly with your vision and preferences.
Upon completion of this phase, we will gather
initial cost estimations from the selected General Contractor(s) to verify that the project aligns with
your budget requirements.

We will coordinate the delivery and oversee the installation of all the furnishings throughout the project. We will arrange and position all the items according to the finalized design plan.

Styling & Decor
We will style and accessorize the space with artwork, decor items, and soft furnishings, including decorative rugs and window treatments.
